[Fixed] QupZilla Portable 1.4.2 leaves Qt regkey

Fixed by adding:

2=Qt Factory Cache 4.8\com.trolltech.Qt.QImageIOHandlerFactoryInterface:

to [QtKeysCleanup]

Tested on: XP SP3 admin
