I don't find MiniTool Power Data Recovery portable offered here. There are sources & Gizmo's mentions a portable version (not from dev) is available, but no suggestions.
I don't recognize any of the sites offering the portable version, so a bit leery.
Usually find what I need here. Maybe others have experience w/ some sites offering it - or others I haven't found, yet?

At least 2 of the sites you listed are illegal software sites and likely have software infected with malware. Unless the publisher has given permission, any portable version is done illegally.
You could request the publisher work with a developer here to make a portable version.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I don't doubt they are illegal - that's why I asked. I guess the best to do at this time is contact the publisher & see if anyone was authorized to develop a portable, as Tech Support Alert indicated (I'm fairly sure they wouldn't even hint at using illegally developed versions).
