Extra minimized blank window on startup

Since going to the new Suite I get two instances of Sunbird when I click new Apps Menu.

If I navigate to the sub folder and double click actual Sunbird get the same thing.

Went back and tried same thing with my old install using PStart and worked OK.

Then noticed the Sunbird version was 0.3a2 in that set up.

Looks like it's a problem with Sunbird. Have not tried to update old install and see what happens then.

UPDATE

Non portable .3 install does the same thing, two windows. Updated to .4a1 and problem went away. Just need to figure out how to make extension minimize to tray work.

Are you using the minimize to tray extension? If so, I'm pretty sure that it doesn't quite work right with Sunbird 0.3 yet.
