Making firefox look like IE - Need mirror for files

Hello,
I have upgraded to portable firefox 2, and John's page on his personal site which instructs how to make firefox look like IE links to a lot of Bamm's work, and the site has been down, for months.
I cant find any mirror at all for the files, so i cannot install them.
Does anyone have a copy of the extensions discussed on this page?

If you'll read, it says its for firefox version 1 and is not fully compatibile with 1.5. Do you really think its going to be comptatibile with 2?
