Thanks for the offer, Steve. I'm still asking a couple of the original volunteers for French translation that are both native speakers. (Are you a native speaker, perchance?) I'm giving a bit of preference to native speakers as I'm trying to keep the language common and friendly where I can... which is often easier for a native than for those of us who learned it as a second language.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Besides, I saw "Poussah's" first sentences but couldn't find how to use them...
I asked already for the localization of the menu (http://portableapps.com/node/4210) but got absolutely no answer after one week...

I would be glad to help portableapps (as one of the authors of the french Framakey, I just can't thanks John enough for his huge work). Already made some french translations of various softwares (wink, olate, etc).
So I'm waiting for news about how and where to start

prend le fichier de mon lien hypertexte
et traduis-le.
Apres ca, mets le version traduise dans le meme dossier comme le PortableAppsMenu.exe
et renomme le "test.locale".
Excuse mon pauvre francais, ce le francais j'ai appris a l'ecole.

but i would like translate in french because the english learning is very bad and working in english is very very difficult for the french students...
and the colours of application are in ma grafic charte www.pagestec.org ...
where is the english file in the root, in the folder portableapps... i dont know !

Créez un nouveau dossier dans Notepad appelé "test.locale" et écrivez ce texte

Apres ça copiez alors le dossier à votre chemise de PortableAppsMenu. Je fais des excuses pour mon Français, son terrible.
