Start Portable Firefox in fullscreen mode?Submitted by gschoppe on January 6, 2006 - 12:46am
Hi, I'd like to use Portable Firefox to run a fullscreen presentation from my usbkey. So as to minimize user interaction, I'd like firefox to start in fullscreen mode. Is there a way to do this? ( categories: )

Don't think so
Not that I know of. There isn't a command line switch I know of for it, anyway.
You could customize the toolbar, etc in the profile to maximize viewable space (turn off the Navigation and Bookmarks bar as well as the statusbar). That's about as close as you can get.

does anyone know if there would likely be conflicts with portable firefox?
Should be fine
It doesn't appear to do anything out of the ordinary.
Nearly all extensions work just fine in Portable Firefox.
