Open source apps are hosted at SourceForge, so we maintain old versions of that. Same with our platform and all our tools as they're also open source. Note that we don't support any old/outdated versions of any apps, just the current ones, of course.
Freeware like IrfanView, we only support the latest apps as well and only host the current ones. We pay to host these on our own servers. So, we remove old versions once newer ones come out since we'd have to pay to host the old ones and we don't support them or want people using them (since they ask for support anyway
).
If you'd like an old version of IrfanView, you could check with the publisher. IrfanView itself, properly configured, is mostly portable but will need manual path adjustments and a few bits will break.
