Changing Portable Firefox's IconSliver - January 10, 2006 - 10:06am
Greets, Previous to the 1.5 release, we were able to change the icon that PFF uses. I am not seeing where this is doable in 1.5. Anyone have a clue where I can do this? ~Sliver »

You've never
been able to change the icon on the launcher. It has always required recompiling it.
If, instead, you mean the icon actually used by Firefox, check out the section on my personal site on how to get the icon in Windows 95 to show up. You can use this on any platform to change the icon FF uses when running.
