qBittorrent doesn't seem to be completely portable

Hi, after the running the portable app, I found these files:

C:\Users\_\AppData\Roaming>tree qBittorrent /A /F

C:\USERS\_\APPDATA\ROAMING\QBITTORRENT
qBittorrent-data.ini
qBittorrent-resume.ini
qBittorrent.ini

Is this an issue? and, if so, is it known?
