DSynchronize-ing to 2 destinations not working

I'm running the DSynchronize. I have 4 Sources and 4 Destinations like below

The main form looks similar to below
Source Destination
C:\Data\Path1 A:\Data\Path1
C:\Data\Path2 A:\Data\Path2
C:\Data\Path1 H:\Data\Path1
C:\Data\Path2 H:\Data\Path2

I'm trying to sync 2 Source directories to 2 separate Destination locations, in this case I'm trying to sync the C:/ dirs to 2 Destinations A:/ and H:/
With Realtime sync enabled, when I rename a file in a Source directory it is only renamed in on the A:\ drive, the sync is not occurring on the H:\ drive. Has anyone heard of this or know how to fix this?
