Migrating data from one browser to another

Hello, I am currently using Iron portable, but there are some issues with it, so I want to switch over to chrome portable...
However, because Iron portable does not have the option to sync my data, if I switch over to chrome portable, I will lose all of my current data....
Is there any way for me to switch from iron to chrome and still have all my data?
(by data I mean bookmarks, settings, cookies, cache, passwords, extensions, etc.)

P.S. I thought about copying the entire Iron portable data folder and pasting it into the chrome portable folder, but I would have to change all the words "iron" into "chrome"......
That will take too long, and besides, an error might occur......
If you have a better idea, please post below!
