CVARNAVA - February 26, 2007 - 7:22pm

PASSWORDS NOT TRANSFERED

jOHN,
Thanks for the advise. I followed your directions but the passwords were not transfered. When I click on the show passwords (on the flush drive u3 firefox)I see nothing. The bookmarks are there, not the passwords!!
John, could you be missing a step in your directions? Could the password file be located somewhere else? What is the name of the password file?
Any way, do you thing if I buy a non U3 flush drive I might have a better luck?

It should be

FF profiles are self contained. And as long as you copy everything, it should work.

You can try it with Firefox Portable if you want, too. You can run it from your U3 drive, it just won't show up in your U3 menu.
