Sunbird 0.3 and new DST USA

Syncing a remote calendar with Sunbird 0.3 produces wrong times between March 11 and April 1 due to the new DST in the U.S.

I believe this was fixed in Sunbird 0.3.1. Is there a way to update my copy of Sunbird Portable, or do I have to wait for an update here?

Yes I also have the same problem, waiting for version 3.1 (When it is Done it is done)
