Development Test Page Comment posting?

According to Development Test - Forum Posting Layout I'm supposed to make a comment on the Development Test Releases Page.
Once I do that is it supposed to show up in the list or at the bottom? What subject do I use?
Or do I use the "Add content" link?

Using "add comment" as you have done, it'll then be added by one of the developers to the list. However, please reformat your comment using the template.

[EDIT] Feel free to use any subject
