Chrome is not portable!

I found Logs in my AppData dir:
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Google\Software Reporter Tool
Generated by a spying Tool: "Software Reporter Tool"
D:\PortableApps\PortableApps\GoogleChromePortable\Data\profile\SwReporter\25.139.200
Not at all nice.
