No "thinstall"

You should refrain from using the term thinstall for anything really. It's a trademark of another company.

Not to mention its 5,000 for

Not to mention its 5,000 for the software + a per application fee.
How is it you can afford to pay that for an application your giving away for free?

Great!

Well... If it`s illegal to post please make it legal. Just provide instructions or just the launcher or without violating trendmark.... I am really interested in this.

MIT License... It`s sounds almost like GPL, what`s the problem?

Btw, I had a look at the

Btw, I had a look at the .NET EULA a while back because we redistributed it with our application, it says it can be redistributed as long as it runs on a Windows OS (so presumably the only thing you can't legally do is run it on Wine).

Trademarks..

I did a quick search here and see there are hundreds of post that use "Google" and "Microsoft" which are also trademarks. There are not any issues with using a trademark word in a discussion forum otherwise the internet would collapse. Smile

Nope

Non-open-source apps are not allowed to be posted on these forums. It's self-promotion.

Launcher Only / Open Source

You can post the launcher only as long as it's open source.

One quesitons is still open

One quesitons is still open but however I guess instructions to make non os software portable are allowed aswell to as no one complained about threads like "spybot lite".

@Nerd,
could you please the launcher including the full source code or instructions how to do this?

Sorry for begging, but I really like this application and want it. Smile

Repeatedly asking is not

Repeatedly asking is not going to achieve much since the last version they attempted to post to the forum is 6 years old.
What specifically about Paint.net is it providing that other already released Portable Applications like GIMP for example are not.

If at first you do not succeed, use more sticky tape.
