Which would've been nice to know, and I wouldn't have bothered downloading it - since I can't actually install it on a computer until I can get internet working (at which point it is useless).

On the app page, it says "This is an online installer that will download Recuva during setup" below the download button and the installer is called rcvPortable_1.53.1087_online.paf.exe
