i got message that from link below unable to continue to get download without knowing what exactly happen
https://downloads.sourceforge.net/portableapps/jre-8u311-windows-i586.ta...

i already try to download both file below from your resource and put into the same folder path,
next continue to trying install manually without portableapps platform,
but still ended in the same situation as above condition

Thank you

Still confusing.

I'm not fully understanding your issue, but I may suggest some basic advices.

  • The use of JPortable is recommended via the PA.c platform.
  • Some similar issues may be due to firewalls, try disabling it/them, also try using a VPN.
  • When having some problems with a specific app, I always test it on a new platform installation and/or another computer.

Hope this will help.

More information is needed

You'll need to provide more information on the message shown (should be able to Ctrl+C the
message once it pops up).

Otherwise, in addition to the following (since it seems to not be recognising the manually
downloaded jre-8u311-windows-i586.tar.gz as the right one):

  • Temporarily disable firewall/anti-virus; or
  • Use a VPN

Also try the following:

  • Install to another drive (if possible)
  • Use a disk cleanup tool to clear the temp files
