I just found Griffith. It is a DVD/Movie collection manager. I'd like to have it portable and might try it myself. Does anyone know of any other similar Collection manager because I am used to Tellico (Linux/KDE only) and Griffith isn't as good as tellico.

PVD or Data Crow

For a purpose built application there isPersonal Video Database. It is however freeware. The author has tried developing a PAF version but had some errors. You can see the brief discussion I've had with him here.

Alternatively you could do Data Crow which catalogues just about everything, is open source and has good reviews.

Old thread... :)

I know about PVD, but I prefer OpenSource. Till now, DataCrows java dependency was a bummer but Ill try it now. But for the main program, Ill stick with Griffith and portabalise it.
