i did figure it was open source because it's on SF. I simply made my reply so that in the future you can use those guidelines. It's not that we can't or won't help otherwise, it just makes things a lot easier if all of the info is presented in the initial request. That way we don't all have to go to the site, or try to figure out what somebody is talking about, we can just read the info we have and be able to give a quick response, and maybe even start development soon after. I'm not a developer, I don't have time now that I have a job, but maybe someone else here can help you out, or if you feel up to it, download NSIS and use the source code from launchers for some of the apps on this site to teach yourself.
