Help -- My Gaim Portable Crashes!pte77stl - June 25, 2007 - 12:08pm
Every time I try to execute Gaim portable from my USB drive it crashes.. I formatted the usb drive and reinstalled.. still crashed.. tried copying over a known working copy of Gaim Portable.. it crashes on my laptop. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. ( categories: )

do you have any info on your error and your Windows?

Same Issue - Just Started Today
Hello:
I too am having an issue where my Gaim Portable is crashing. I ran it for the first time on Tuesday after installing and had no issues. I exited the program and ejected the hardware with the proper mouse clicks. Try to use it today and it wouldn't work. I downloaded the fresh copy off the net. Deleted all the old data and files and installed the fresh copy. Still won't work. I have tried restarting, ejecting hardware, and reloading.
I have a Memorex USB Flash Drive 2.0 GB
Running:
Windows XP-Professional Version: 2002
Service Pack 2 Installed
Pentium 4 2.66 GHz
512 MB of RAM
All current Microsoft Updates
(This is a business computer, I do not have Admin Rights)
