check for running sumatrapdf

I am very happily using the sumatrapdf portable version 0.7,
but I would prefer if I could disable the check for a running
sumatrapdf process. It is very normal for me to have more than
one pdf document open and switching between them using Alt+Tab.
Is this possible?

You can run as many copies of Sumatra PDF Portable as you'd like. It just won't run if you already have a local (non-portable) version of it open.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Ok, thanks for the help. The problem was that I had emacs start up
sumatrapdf. I will try to use the portable edition instead.
