Hello Macintosh. First of all let me say welcome to the sight. Please read the Request apps guidelines (top of the forum). If you used the search feature (top right corner) you would have found this over and over again. But since your new...
Install Portable CCleaner 2.00 you should see the .exe, a .dll, and three .ini's. Next open CCleaner then go into settings, and click "save settings to .ini" it will now save all setings to that .ini file (which is now in the same folder as CCleaner's .exe and other .ini's.). Now copy the folder that the five files are in to your portable device, and presto it's done.
