Next Gen Launcher Testers Needed

I know the title says Next Gen Launchers but thats just a codename I could think of :S really it's just a launcher written in FreeBasic but some feed back would be nice.

So far I only got it linking to Notepad2Portable which I know is already portable but it's a start. There is a registry library for FreeBasic but right now it doesn't meet my needs and hence the reason I picked Notepad2. Later once it matures or design my own library then I'll move into Phase 2 and be considered Beta.

I redesigned the launcher to work with path variables and here is SciTEPortable done with the Path Environment of SCITE_HOME set at Data\Settings

A couple of things I have yet still to achieve is getting registry functions down and adding a splash Screen. Also because FreeBASIC is cross platformable I am expiramenting in making a launcher for FireFox the linux version.
