Is there any way to get Portable AbiWord to stop automatically associating itself with .abw and .zabw files? I keep deleting the association, but it comes back every time I launch AbiWord. I don't particularly like the idea of having files associated with a transient application--especially since the drive letter of the USB drive may change over time, even on the same computer. »

Whether it's fixed within AbiWord itself or not, I have a fix in the works for the next release.

How'd you fix it without modifying the AbiWord distribution?
The only problem is, there are several problems.
