Its not opensource, so it can't be made portable with the Spybot binary included, besides Spybot's protection nowadays is considered insufficient.
Also this has been discussed many times.
Also please search before posting.
If you want it that bad portable portablize it with JauntePE.
It is already portable by itself. You don't need to do anything to make it portable.

If you search the SpyBot: Search & Destroy Forum you'll find many threads with instructions to portabilize it... basically is copy the folder of your local install into your PDrive, and then delete some unneeded files
