Post Timestamps in Future?

Just to let you know, some of the recent comments I have seen have timestamps in the future and will show up on the tracker as 0 mins ago until the time is reached.
It seems to be an hour ahead.

And, as stated the last 3 times this was mentioned, it's Drupal, there's nothing we can do about it. At all.

I'm just saying it in case someone was wondering. Have they isolated the issue? (I've a feeling it's a timezone issue)
