I am aware of the fact the truecrypt or veracrypt will need drivers to be installed on the computer where it should run.
Correctly, when trying to run veracrypt, I am asked for admin password.
What I like to know, will the driver be deinstalled when closing veracrypt?

I was updating my apps that are stored and used on my usb stick. The computer that I have has Symnatec insight installed and had detected it as a trojan.

Opera Portable now tells me I need Windows 7.
Since when?
Can I just downgrade?

Is this perhaps somehow in line with the Chrome/Vista update issue?
Though Chrome doesn't *flatly refuse* to run! (yet)

I have on USB drive Clonezilla. I want to add Windows 7 System Repair disc. First I created CD disc on Windows. Then I converted it to ISO format. Then I found in YUMI distro called Boot Repair and added it to my USB using that ISO.
When I booted and selected it I have got Boot Repair application but it s different compare I boot directly from the disc.
My question: how could I put Windows 7 Repair disc on YUMI USB?

A bug was introduced and quickly fixed / patched in the Lightscreen release relating to multi-screen support. This has "bugged" me since Lightscreen got updated on PortableApps to 2.1 and introduced the issue. I love to use this lightweight utility daily. Would appreciate if you can accelerate the update to this quickly outdated version to restore this greatly-needed functionality.

Wile trying to update Iron to latest release using updater. I get error to close all instances of Iro and try again.

I do not have Iron running on machine, although I am running Windows 10 with two windows apps onecaled EasyMail for Gmail and other is the Google App.

I use these to poll various work accounts. Is this why Iron is stating there is another instance running?

I have them run at startup as live tiles and are also in quick launch on task bar.

As the title says. Whenever I try to run Chrome Portable x64, the process starts and ends immediately.

It was working perfectly, now it isn't. I had PAC Platform 14 and Chrome Portable 50 something. Both were upgraded today.

Portable Chrome keeps installing something local on my C:\ called AppNhost. Any way to block this?

I don't want Chrome to leave any data residue left on any local machine
