Upx Firefox saves 4MB

Most other apps have been 'upxed', but firefox.exe not.
Using upx -9 PortableFirefox\App\firefox.exe saves 4mb with no performance issue as I see it).
Tried it too with thunderbird.exe but somehow it doesn't work ok.

John stopped UPXing Firefox and Thunderbird because of trademark issues. I'm not going to say anymore on the matter because this issue has come up and been answered a zillion times already. Search the forums before you post, please.

Sigh... Search First

Been addressed many times:

You can't distribute altered binaries of Firefox with the Mozilla Firefox name, branding and auto-update intact. Plus, UPX breaks partial updates.

Thanks, John. I'm getting so tired of these that I wasn't about to touch this one with a ten-foot pole.

What's the difference? You're forever jumping into a freakin' hole. Wink In any case, have you never heard the expression "don't want to touch it with a ten-foot pole"?
