Most other apps have been 'upxed', but firefox.exe not.
Using upx -9 PortableFirefox\App\firefox.exe saves 4mb with no performance issue as I see it).
Tried it too with thunderbird.exe but somehow it doesn't work ok.

John stopped UPXing Firefox and Thunderbird because of trademark issues. I'm not going to say anymore on the matter because this issue has come up and been answered a zillion times already. Search the forums before you post, please.

You can't distribute altered binaries of Firefox with the Mozilla Firefox name, branding and auto-update intact. Plus, UPX breaks partial updates.
