This is coming I believe in the next alpha release of the menu when John is done with the negotiations with some clients

Delphi doesn't support transparency to the desktop. We use alpha PNGs within the menu itself though for the icons, buttons and hover overlays.

Delphi supports alpha PNGs within a form. So the menu components can have alpha to each other (making for hover effects and well blended icons). But it does not support alpha between itself and other Windows applications (usually the desktop).
