This would be awesome: Rise of Nations Portable.
Problems:
1)Need CD to run and a quick google search didn't turn up a no-cd crack
2)Registry Entries that i don't know of (i can get them, but you'll have to tell me how)
3)Later on, how to run the extension pack which requires the game to be installed
Now, minus the 3rd option, is it possible?

I would love to have a launcher for this game to be portable.
It is made by Microsoft so therefore we can't even make a launcher because of Ms's restrictive licensing

yep anything made by microsoft prevents these guys from doing much if anything
