The emesene team have already produced a portable version of their application but I would prefer a version that has the PortableApps wrapping, not only becuase of uniformity in my portable collection but for intergration witht the portable apps menu.
This application is not yet out of RC stages but will soon be.
It is very similar to pidgin in design but with a more MSN/WLM based style

their site is out of wack the forums are offline and the current release has a bug which your contact list aren't shown. Fortunetly it is fixed in 1.0.1 but it's not available for the windows platform yet.

It's actually undeveloped ATM. They were 'switching developers', but I don't think anyone is currently developing it.
