Ok, I did this way back in April of last year and have had it sitting on my flash drive since. It was recently updated, with several major improvements, so I decided to update it here. Although this is a preview release, it is the version reccomended by NVDA-project and the main one on their download page, regardless of possible instability. I think this would be a great addition to the accessibility apps here.
I would like to focus more on the Release Team and my other apps, so if anyone is intrested in taking over this I would appreciate it, just drop a note here.
Name: NVDA: Non-Visual Desktop Access
Category: Accessibility
Description: NVDA is a free and open source screen reader for the Microsoft Windows Operating System. This software can enable blind or vision impaired people to access computers running Windows, for no more cost than a sighted person. NVDA allows the user to find out what is happening on the screen, by querying the Operating system and using a speech synthesizer to output the information.
License: GPL
Note:
Please be aware: although the NVDA project reccomends 0.6p2 for general use, there may be unxepected issues and variations in stability dependent on the computer it is running on as this is a preview release. See NVDA-project's Release Status article for more information.

Things to do:
- upx
Wow! This app is very nice, may I "start" this?
I didn't UPX this, so thats something you could start with.
When the base app itself becomes more stable, this could have potential - JAWS, the more popular commercial app, prices at around $800 - $1000.
Thanks, Brian.
Ok, thanks
Hi does anyone know where i can Get natural voices that are compatable with nvda. I would prefer Opensorce or free ones but i don't mind paying something small for good ones.
