Microsoft would love to disagree with us about making it portable. it's mostly due to their license restriction. As an alternative I suggest using OpenOffice.orgPortable it supports MSWord documents, Powerpoint and excel too https://portableapps.com/apps/office/openoffice_portable

Please reepicheep keep comments like that to yourself in matters like this. If it were anything else says the Open-Office VS Microsoft Office thread I would agree with you but this isn't the place.
