Just updated to CWP 0.95.1 from previous version.
Preferences were reset [Files to ignore are gone 
].
I had just added a couple of prefs before the upgrade in order to test this.
In place upgrade [install on top of previous version]

It's because the new package contains the file "ClamWinPortable\App\clamwin\bin\ClamWin.conf". ClamWin Portable will use that file and delete the old configuration.
Workaround: Delete that file after the upgrade. (Running ClamWin Portable once will delete the old configuration, so it's too late for you, Tim ;))
