It would be great to have an .nfo viewer on my drive.
Just use Notepad++ Portable.

I used to keep EditPad Lite's exported settings on my programs archive, and it was set up to open various text formats, and now have Notepad++ set up to do the same. It's pretty convenient.
.nfo is just another way to state a .txt file. use whatever you'd normaly open a .txt with.
