Found a portable .nfo viewer at http://members.ozemail.com.au/~nulifetv/freezip/freeware/dizzy.exe

License: free

works pretty well, and very small at just under 9KB.

I used to keep EditPad Lite's exported settings on my programs archive, and it was set up to open various text formats, and now have Notepad++ set up to do the same. It's pretty convenient.

.nfo is just another way to

.nfo is just another way to state a .txt file. use whatever you'd normaly open a .txt with.
