DVD Flick aims to be a simple but at the same time powerful DVD Authoring tool. It can take a number of video files stored on your computer and turn them into a DVD that will play back on your DVD player, Media Center or Home Cinema Set. You can add additional custom audio tracks, subtitles as well as a menu for easier navigation.
Its also totally open source. (the only reliable DVD Authoring software I could find, if you know of any better open source DVD Authoring Software I am all ears.)
The website states that it is portable but it requires you to do some work and create a bat file to open it. I would try to make a portableapps.com installer and program base but am just now trying to teach myself how.
I was wondering if some one could try to develop this app into a portableapps.com application,
