Yes--ability to change links please...

Yes, on the main dialog, I'd like to be able to get rid of "Music," "Pictures," and "Videos" (which I never use) and replace them with "Sreadsheets," "Word Docs," and "PDFs."

Ahh this is good

I have been wanting to use it for all kinds of documents, I hope there are no issue with desktop.ini files.

Would be nice too if the PA app was able to pick on on arbitrary shortcuts as well just a thought at the 11th hour.

I'd like to see those folder

I'd like to see those folder names localized like in the Menu (maybe by using the desktop.ini file, like Windows XP does it when it use the MUI packages?)

New version - so, how?

OK, I'm running Platform 2 Beta 3 now but I still can't see how we do this. Anyone got any answers? Currently my Video, Music... links don't work at all. I click on them and nothing happens.

Right Click the button

Right Click the button on the menu & change the path in the dialogue box that pops up up. You can change it to anywhere that you want. Alternatively you can edit PortableAppsPlatform.ini. You can also rename the buttons.

No, that doesn't work!

Right-click on the buttons don't do anything; no pop-up window; no nothing! Where do I find the PortableAppsPlatform.ini file? I've find a PortableAppsMenu.ini in .\PortableApps\PortableApps.com\Data but that's all.

Check out this thread. I had just installed this R34 menu patch the other day.
