Long story short.... I play alot of games on http://kongregate.com and would like to transfer my game saves and stuff to portable firefox but I dont know where this data should be saved to....

There is no place in the data folder to copy them. Flash Player only reads them from it's appdata folder, and we aren't allowed to modify flash player in any way. Also, please don't bump posts.
