I want to deliver an USB Key to students with portableapps.com but with theme and logo of my University. Is it allowed and in which conditions? It is not for a commercial use!
And what about PAM mod from PTC (http://ptc.kain-planet.de/)?

I don't want a partnership (at the moment) I just want to use theme and logo which I create for my department (biology) with portableapps.com, so I want to replace the default logo and red skin as it's enable with PAM mod of PTC
Is it allowed?

Go into the PortableApps.com folder under the PortableApps folder, and find the theme (pic) files and change them accordingly.

We recommend the current release as PAM Mod is unsupported, uses an older theme format, and will not display upcoming apps properly (PAM MOD doesn't support PortableApps.com Format 0.91 and greater).
You can do a custom theme with 2.0 and distribute it, but it's not quite done, which is why I suggested dropping a note.

OK I allow to adapte portableapps.com (skin and logo) for my use even if I use a PAM mod (at my owner risk) and allow to deliver it to students or collegues (for non-commercial use)
(I'm waiting for a stable release version v2)
