Hello!
I'm looking for a simple program that can normalize multiple audio tracks.
Let's say you going to burn a mix cd with tracks from a lot of different cds, then you want them to have the same volume, that' the kind of program i'm looking for.
Nero had it built-in but deepburner doesn't.
anuone know any good program?

Normalize audio tracks
http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net/
It works like a charm, but I don't know where it saves its settings (maybe in the registry).
That program looks nice but i'm looking for one that can normalize wav files.

Superstick 1Gb
You can do one at a time to the same level with something like Audacity Portable. I'm unaware of a program that works across multiple WAV files and gets them the same, though. MP3 Gain is what I use for albums after I rip them. If you use something like Ogg files, you can also use Vorbisgain (same as MP3Gain but for ogg).
For wave, you might be able to use WaveGain though I never have. I don't know if it actually adjusts the WAVs or just calculates the differences and write info to the WAV header or not.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I wish there was a really simple program that you could just add a bunch of wav files from different sources and then normalize them.
Edit:
I found this really nice and simple command line utility, i think you can consider it as portable:
