Hi,
i wonder how i can update the portable version of miranda myself, correctly.
Because in the last weeks most the time there was a new portable miranda version available and a few days later a new version released on the official site so that the portable version was out of date again.
Is it enough to just copy the unpacked official miranda application data in the apps folder on the portable version and overwrite the old files ?

Sometimes you can just copy the application's executables over into your portable installation and you are ok. Sometimes this wont work so whatever you do, I'd do a backup of my MirandaPortable folder first so you can go back and wait for the official version if something goes wrong.
