Unfortunately, we're currently using standard NSIS which does not support Vietnamese for our installer base as part of its 58 supported languages. This is because there is no proper Ansi mapping for Vietnamese in Windows.
We will be switching over to NSIS Unicode in the near future, but several pieces of code need to be updated before we do. When we do, we will be doing Vietnamese.

Hi John, I am also the translator of NSIS in Vietnamese language.
The translation file which i have just sent to them 2 weeks ago, is going to be announced in the next version of NSIS.
