When i run clamwin from wine, it tells me to check the log file which will then contain that two .py files cannot find DLL.
Any help?

If you check the supported operating systems on the ClamWin Portable page, you'll note that Wine is not listed. This is not an oversight. ClamWin itself does not work under Wine.

why would u want to run clamwin under wine? Since linux doesnt have a viruses? (unless you are scanning a mounted ntfs partition.)

There are a couple reasons. The most obvious being so that you can scan your portable drive for viruses. Say you run Linux at home... but use your portable apps at a net cafe using Windows... and then you want to scan your drive when you get home. ClamWin would be a nice way to do that.
