I wonder if a portable Lyx (and latex, of course) exists. Then, it would avoid me the effort of making it 
Latex has already asked in conjunction with metapost (a postscript file generator) here : https://portableapps.com/node/2223 .
Thx (if no portable version is available for those progs, i'll autoit them).
