I notice that, unlike all the other official releases I've downloaded today, this one is not signed by the Rare Ideas key, is something wrong?

Some of the 3rd party freeware we package isn't signed by us because we didn't make the app itself. If you're ever in doubt about the file, it has a self-CRC check built in (so it knows if it was damaged or infected and won't run) and we also publish the MD5 sum on the page.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I've been using Windows for about 16-17 years now, and I blissfully ignore "unsigned" warnings, and this release is just the latest reason why. I mean, you get your app from a reliable site, and Windows pops up some warning or other (there's the unsigned warning, there's the "app from another computer" warning, and a couple others), and I just ignore 'em. Seems like if you trust the source the lack of a digital signature is not something to worry about. OTOH, if I'd gotten a program from an unreliable site (say, some warez site -- speaking hypothetically, of course), I wouldn't fully expect the program to be reliable, even if it *was* digitally signed (which it wouldn't be, I understand you have to pay a nice chunk of change to be able to sign apps?), so it's kind of a worthless feature... IMO.
