I have TB portable 3.1.2 -- after upgrading from the previous version, the links in the Add-Ons menu for Get More Extensions, Get More Themes, MozillaZine, MozDev no longer do anything. I tried downloading and running a fresh copy of the installer just in case the original was damaged but it didn't make any difference.
I'd like to get more add-ons and maybe one or two different themes, but the only way to do that now is via Firefox. Not a big deal, but slightly less convenient.
Any ideas on why this might be happening? The browser function does work, as long as the web page doesn't require JavaScript (I see no way to enable it).

All of those are sent to the host PC to open the default browser. If there is no default browser, nothing will happen.
The other possibility is that you have an extension interfering with them. You could disable them all and re-enable one by one to determine which one.
