It's not clear what you mean by "pin up option", so can you describe this in more detail?
I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.
I believe he means "remain visible" so he doesn't have to bring the menu back on-screen for each application installation.

Actually, your English is very good. You were perhaps a little to succinct, or brief, but obviously someone understood you. Of course, the more we expand on our questions, the more people will comprehend and be able to help, but don't apologize for your English, when many people who speak it as their only language don't use it nearly as well as you.

Agreed, you don't need to apologize for your English. I believe that to "pin" a window is correct Windows terminology, it just wasn't understood in this context.
BTW, I don't know if this really helps any, but DM2 Portable allows you to pin windows such that they always on top.
